UK Car Seat Rules Change

I know that this article isn't about Perth or WA but for anyone visiting the UK after 18 September 2006, this is a big change in the law and you will need to be aware.
From 18 September onwards, all children who are aged under 12 will have to sit in some form of car seat unless they are over 135 cms tall (4 feet 5 inches).
